CareQA was started to make quality management approachable for the people delivering the majority of Australian disability supports — sole traders, small teams, and established providers who don't have a compliance department behind them.

The reality is that a solo support worker can be expected to hold the same documentation standards as a large provider. The templates exist. The rules exist. What small operators need is a way to work through them quickly, correctly, and with confidence.

Our approach

We build guided experiences instead of empty forms. We reuse information you've already told us. We use AI where it clearly helps — drafting narrative sections you review — and stay out of the way for legal and clause content, which stays under human control.

Where we're going

CareQA is starting with the NDIS Service Agreement because it's the document small providers ask for most. From there we're building out care plans, risk assessments, employment paperwork, and eventually the broader quality management surface — always in the same guided, plain-English style.
