Where AI is used

CareQA uses AI to draft narrative sections — participant goals summary and support approach — from the answers you provide. Every AI-drafted section is clearly labelled, visually distinct, and easy to edit or regenerate before you approve it.

Where AI is not used

Legal clauses, confidentiality wording, complaints processes, termination terms and other mandatory content are drawn from controlled templates. AI does not rewrite these.

Your responsibility

AI-drafted content is a starting point, not a finished document. You are responsible for reviewing every section — including AI drafts — for accuracy, appropriateness and fit with the participant's individual circumstances before using the document.

During the MVP preview, narrative sections are produced by a local composer using your answers. No large language model is called and no data leaves your browser.
